Finished another fan art in the Cartoon Network Category for " Courage The Cowardly Dog " did Freaky Fred this was one of my fave episodes of this mad hatter Barber with bits of Rhyme and Poetry. The process about three day of layout from sketch, Illustration, and Watercolor paint all wrapped up today drawing him just made feel... Naughty.
